Make up your mind that it's truly what you want to do. It sounds as if you already have.
Find new friends. That's actually the hardest part, but important. Peer pressure and influence are very powerful.
Find other things to do. Take a walk or excercize when you get the urge. Don't let yourself get bored.
Ask your family for support. That's hard to do also, but it will cause you to put even more pressure on yourself to succeed because you won't want to let them down.
Reward yourself for every day you go without. Spend the money you would have on drugs and get something else useful or enjoyable.
Take pride in yourself. Feel good about what you are doing. Most of all, believe in yourself & be patient.
Push yourself hard. You'll get over the cravings much faster than you think. It gets easier every day you don't slip up.
